No matter what part of the U.S. you may have found yourself in on July 4th, no doubt there was some sort of automotive related event you could attend. The Big Island of Hawaii (Hilo Bayfront to be exact) was no exception, as this year saw the return of the tri-annual, 2-week "Cruise Paradise" event hosted by Hawaii Classic Cruisers, which culminated in a 4th of July Car Show. An estimated 320+ vehicles and thousands of spectators turned out for the car show portion.
Cars from the 1920's all the way up to showroom fresh rides were included, with the majority of cars representing the iconic nameplates of the 1950's-70's.
